Ok guys finally i made the npc u all have been wanting this npc makes ur garment -7 , +12 , 2 socked and puts the gems in it !
So this npc puts to an end the npcs that u make to sell garments just wear ur garment and make it!!!!

You can use ANY invalid gem ID to open a EMPTY SOCKET.

Possibly correct but 255 is set for null only someone who could look at what is there to offer can see that. Anyone can make an idea but to be right is another thing. do you even know the meaning of null btw? It would mean possible you keep a source stable although a socket would'nt effect anything but in order to keep everything on the right track and not completely f*cked like your database im guessing is......
