Some Helpers/ Cheats.

These aren't much at all. But they help alot for me.
open your Console (~). then type cl_crosshairscale 999999, it makes you're aimer very small, making head-shots easier to achieve.

And cl_backspeed 4500, makes you run at a set diagonal speed, sv_cheats must be set to 1, (Normally it's set to 0, but if it isnt it will work)
