The Best Thing To Upgrade The items Quality In Tc with 1 Db :cool:
take a normal items like u will upgrade it's quality with 5 mets and upgrade the normal items with the mets and then upgrade ur items with the db and if it ellite will be super and if it's uniqe be elite and i know that good i making 12 bow from elite 2 super

its all luck nothing more, i tried to lvl my ring from eli. to sup. and i spent 6 dbs in TC (could have done it in market for 6 dbs).....so its all luck. there's no such thing as "lvl ur shit in 1 db" or "socket in 10 mets" ...... its all bullshit.
