how do i add a new skill? i tried skilladder but that won't work.

i use skill adder to edit skills but not to add ...

Actually to tell you the truth, I've been trying to duplicate/add skills myself but just can't seem to get the skill working in the server...when I get it working I'll post a guide, Until then-I don't think ur gonna find a guide anywhere about this ^_0...
