client patch 5065 problem

Hi im completely new to this crap. I followed this video [Only registered and activated users can see links. Sorry you can't view links because you are not registered. [ Click here to register ]]
It was all fine until i clicked start in the account server. I got an error saying:
Unhandled exception has occured in your application.
Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=1.0.10.1,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687c88969c44d' or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified
I have no idea what it means, could any1 explain to me why it does that?

I have no idea what it means, could any1 explain to me why it does that?
