I see several wrong things here.

1 - English language is OK but with several spelling mistakes.

But the talk about Hacking is completely wrong.

Hacking is an art if you don't have the gift you can learn but not by reading 3 or 4 lines in wikkipedia.
The method described here is totally wrongly written.
It should have been written like the following;
"After you get someones IP address (by various means) you can then start investigating this IP address. Which country does it reside in. What type of ISP is distributing the IP. Is it a dynamically assigned IP or static IP.

After you gather all info possible, you move to the IP itself. What OS is being used. what Browser. Is it patched or not. What types of vulnerabilities are attached to that OS or Browser. How can it be exploited. what can be gained from that. ...etc.

A lot more work is needed to hack and not just utilize a tool that you saw in the internet.

Hacking is surely not for noobs (they tend to get arrested very easily).
